    /Project Content Manager /Responsible for the co-creation of a product validation process as part of the Elisava Research Team

    /This is a tailor made validation tool, attending the client specific needs /We designed the process in the shape a tool kit along with different focus groups

    /Part of the project included focus group execution and data interpretation working with a Data Analyst

    /Project presentation and in-house  implementation support,

     

    Achievements

     

    /Meeting all in house departments in order to better understand the project needs. Briefing re-definition based on these meetings.

    /Providing an accurate product validation tool which minimises financial risks and guarantees a degree of success for new launching product ranges.

    /Communicating this process and its utility all across the board, making sure all in house channels acknowledge this tool and its benefits for the

     company.

    /Successfully meeting the briefing goals and following up with the results, updating its content when necessary.
